These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SWYFT Enterprizes website and the purchase of vehicles through our export service. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms in full.
We make every effort to describe each vehicle accurately using auction inspection sheets and photographs. Used vehicles are sold on an as-is basis; minor wear consistent with age and mileage is to be expected and is not grounds for cancellation.
All quotes are issued in USD on a CIF basis unless stated otherwise and remain valid for the period shown on the quote. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of cleared funds to our registered company account as detailed on the proforma invoice.
Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as sailings depend on third-party carriers and port conditions. Risk passes in accordance with CIF Incoterms once the vehicle is loaded.
Once payment is confirmed and a vehicle is secured at auction or from dealer stock, orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your selection and destination details are correct before paying.
Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations, duties and taxes of their destination country. SWYFT Enterprizes is not liable for vehicles refused entry due to local rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWYFT Enterprizes' liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of the vehicle purchased.
