Home / Frequently Asked Questions
How do I buy a car from SWYFT Enterprizes?

Browse our live stock, shortlist a vehicle and send an inquiry. We reply with an all-in CIF quote and a proforma invoice. Once payment is confirmed we book your car on the next sailing and send you the shipping documents.

What does CIF price mean?

CIF stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight — it's the price of the vehicle plus marine insurance and shipping to your destination port. We quote CIF up front so there are no hidden surprises.

Which countries do you ship to?

We export to over 60 countries across Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific, Central Asia, the Middle East and beyond, by both RoRo and container shipping.

What are Japanese auction grades?

Auction grades rate a vehicle's overall condition from R (repaired) up to 5 (excellent). A grade of 4 or higher indicates a genuinely clean, well-maintained car. Every listing includes its grade and inspection sheet.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your destination, but RoRo shipments typically take 2–6 weeks once the vehicle is loaded. We track the vessel and keep you updated until it berths at your port.

What documents will I receive?

You'll receive the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, commercial Invoice and Inspection Certificate — the core documents your customs broker needs to clear the vehicle.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We issue a proforma invoice with our verified company banking details. Never send funds to a personal account — always confirm details on our Banking Info page or by phone.

Can you source a specific car that isn't in stock?

Absolutely. We have access to the major Japanese, Korean and UAE auctions. Tell us the make, model, year and budget and our buyers will find it for you.
